SBH15-M Series Amorphous Alloy Transformer

As a new energy-saving technology, amorphous alloy core distribution transformer is a new type of distribution equipment. Its energy-saving effect mainly comes from the adoption of a new type of iron-based amorphous alloy material with excellent soft magnetic properties.

Characteristic

  1. There is no crystal structure in amorphous alloy materials
  2. Low magnetization power, good heat resistance and soft magnetism of amorphous alloy. The no-load loss of the new energy-saving transformer using this material as iron core is 75% lower than that of the existing S11 distribution transformer;
  3. The core is coiled core structure, three-phase five-column structure, three-phase three-column structure, and the cross-section is rectangular.
  4. The coil is rectangular, high pressure is wound with enameled acetal wire, low pressure is made of oxygen-free copper.
  5. Wire or copper foil winding can improve the ability of transformer to withstand short circuit.

Technical Characteristics

The core is made of amorphous alloy strip material, which adopts rectangular section and three-phase three-column structure.

Amorphous alloy material does not have crystal structure and is a kind of metal material processed by special ultra-fast refrigeration technology. It has low magnetization power, good heat resistance and soft magnetism. The no-load loss of the new energy-saving transformer using this material as core is reduced by more than 70% compared with the existing S11 distribution transformer.

  • Low voltage coil, low voltage foil winding coil with capacity of 200 kVA or above.
  • High-voltage coils are wound with high-strength enameled wires at 180 ℃ and cast with epoxy resin. They have excellent moisture resistance and crack resistance.

 

  1. Body

The body adopts double positioning structure, it means that the upper and lower parts are positioned at the same time, and the lead is firmly clamped by laminated wood, which is tightly connected with the body. It lets avoids displacement of transformer body and lead during transportation. At the same time, all fasteners are equipped with fastening nuts to ensure that fasteners are not loosened during long-term transportation.

Transformer oil tank adopts fully sealed structure with corrugated sheets as cooling parts to meet volume expansion and compression of transformer oil, isolation between transformer oil and atmosphere, to prevent and mitigate deterioration of oil quality and insulation moisture, and to enhance operational reliability, normal operation and maintenance-free mode.
